Indiana Licensed HIE Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Health Information Exchange (HIE) Business Analyst will interpret legal and regulatory requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support HIE infrastructure modernization efforts.

Key responsibilities:

• Interpret and analyze legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to HIE operations and data exchange
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and technical requirements for HIE initiatives
• Document workflows, business processes, use cases, and requirements for HIE infrastructure projects

Required qualifications:

• Extensive experience working within Health Information Exchange (HIE) environments
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within healthcare IT or interoperability initiatives
• Strong understanding of healthcare data exchange, interoperability, and health information governance
• Experience translating regulatory or policy requirements into business and technical specifications
• Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, compliance, business, and technical teams
