Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Insurance Account Manager (IN or Remote-EST work hours).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and insurance carriers
  • Prepare and manage the renewal and marketing process, including proposals and presentations
  • Handle client inquiries, including billing questions, and maintain accurate client files
Required Qualifications
  • More than 3 years of Personal Lines client service experience in an insurance brokerage or agency
  • Experience managing a book of business and relevant lines of coverage
  • Associates degree or equivalent; BA/BS preferred
  • P&C Insurance License required upon hire
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
