Job Summary
A company is looking for a Personal Insurance Account Manager (IN or Remote-EST work hours).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and insurance carriers
- Prepare and manage the renewal and marketing process, including proposals and presentations
- Handle client inquiries, including billing questions, and maintain accurate client files
Required Qualifications
- More than 3 years of Personal Lines client service experience in an insurance brokerage or agency
- Experience managing a book of business and relevant lines of coverage
- Associates degree or equivalent; BA/BS preferred
- P&C Insurance License required upon hire
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
