Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Inside Sales Advisor responsible for broking new and renewal business in a hybrid or remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate broking activities around the renewal cycle and ensure client needs are met
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and drive financial outcomes to support revenue development
• Prepare and present proposals, ensuring accurate policy terms and client communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of three to five years of insurance experience
• P&C License required
• Advanced industry designations (e.g., CPCU, CIC, ARM) are a plus
• Experience with Epic agency management system is a plus
