Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative (Remote / Home-Based).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with active insurance shoppers via various communication channels in a remote call center environment
• Utilize insurance expertise to identify customer needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions
• Convert warm leads into customers using a consultative sales strategy, without cold calling

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must possess an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license
• Previous sales experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
• Ability to work from home effectively
• Comfortable using multiple communication platforms (calls, chat, SMS)
• Motivated to drive sales growth and deliver excellent customer service
