Job Summary
Serving as the Legal Counsel for provider arrangements, the full-time hybrid position will manage contracting for healthcare providers at Parkview Health, ensuring compliance with legal standards and fair market value.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing a variety of provider contracts, including employment and service agreements
- Address legal matters related to provider arrangements, including compliance with federal and state regulations
- Act as a resource for legal issues affecting various departments within the health system
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Indiana license to practice law in good standing
- Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare law or related legal fields
- Significant experience in healthcare legal transactions and physician contracting
- Broad knowledge of federal and state healthcare laws, including Anti-Kickback and Stark laws
