A company is looking for an Indiana Based Litigation Attorney (Contract and Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal injury and general litigation matters
• Handle case workup activities including written discovery, motion work, depositions, and trial preparation
• Work independently or collaboratively as needed

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of legal experience in litigation
• Licensed to practice law in Indiana
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding references
• Experience in premises liability and/or personal injury matters preferred
