Job Summary

Seeking an Indiana Licensed Litigation Attorney, the fully remote contract position will support a boutique law firm with a growing caseload in administrative law and guardianship matters, focusing on legal research, drafting legal documents, and client communication for a 6-month contract with potential for permanent placement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze statutes, regulations, and case law to support litigation strategy
• Prepare pleadings, motions, letters, and other legal documents
• Respond to client inquiries and provide updates with professionalism and clarity

Required qualifications

• Active bar admission in good standing in Indiana
• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in guardianship, elder law, or administrative law
• Ability to handle first-year associate-level work under senior attorneys' guidance
• Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
• Proactive communicator who can work independently in a remote setting
