Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal (Litigation and Risk).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and draft responses to escalated consumer complaints and regulatory inquiries
• Develop and maintain processes for managing escalated disputes in collaboration with the legal team
• Assist with fact investigation and document production for ongoing litigation matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and paralegal certification, or equivalent education and work experience
• 6+ years of experience as a paralegal supporting litigation or dispute resolution
• Working knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures
• Prior experience handling litigation matters within a corporate environment or law firm preferred
• Ability to handle confidential data with discretion
