Job Summary
Seeking provisionally licensed individuals pursuing Indiana Licensure as an LMHC Associate, the full-time remote position will provide telehealth sessions, focusing on delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to clients while managing a minimum of 25 sessions weekly.
Key responsibilities
- Provide telehealth sessions to clients, ensuring compassionate and evidence-based care
- Conduct intakes and diagnose clients under the supervision of a licensed supervisor
- Maintain consistent availability for client sessions, aiming for a minimum of 30 hours weekly
Required qualifications
- Approved by the board as a LMHCA and actively seeking independent licensure in Indiana
- Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour counseling program
- Experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety
- Familiarity with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- Ability to work with a diverse client population, including couples and children
