Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Coordinator - Remote Mortgage Operations Professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide borrowers through the documentation process with clear communication and updates
• Review and analyze credit, income, and asset documentation for compliance
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and third-party vendors to ensure efficient loan processing

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in mortgage operations, including managing a borrower pipeline
• Experience with multiple loan products (FHA, Conventional, USDA) is preferred
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to maintain file accuracy
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a remote setting
• Comfortable with frequent communication and cross-functional teamwork
