Job Summary

Guiding clients through the mortgage process, the full-time Indiana Licensed Loan Officer will leverage their mortgage origination expertise to build relationships, consult on financial situations, and assist clients from application to closing in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and other professionals to drive lead generation and business development
• Consult with clients to analyze their financial situations and determine appropriate loan products
• Assist clients throughout the loan process, ensuring a smooth experience from application to closing

Required qualifications

• Experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven track record of generating referrals
• Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses
• Strong professional communication and time management skills
