Job Summary
Seeking competitive and driven individuals, the remote Indiana Licensed Loan Officer will manage warm leads in a full-time sales role, guiding clients through the home loan process while earning a base pay plus uncapped commission.
Key responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the loan origination process, focusing on fulfilling their homeownership goals
- Engage with warm leads, utilizing effective sales techniques to close deals without cold calling
- Participate in a comprehensive training program to build expertise in the mortgage industry and enhance sales skills
Required qualifications:
- Real sales experience within the last 5 years, demonstrating ownership of outcomes and success in complex sales processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment with a strong competitive drive
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a complicated sales process with patience and commitment
- Proven ability to handle objections and solve problems effectively in a sales context
- Must be a resident of Indiana and willing to register with the NMLS after onboarding
