Job Summary

To establish and nurture relationships with potential borrowers, the full-time Indiana Licensed Loan Originator will manage the mortgage process from lead generation to closing, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled calls with consumers to meet weekly call-volume expectations and production goals
• Interview loan applicants, analyze financial information, and negotiate loan terms based on creditworthiness
• Proactively communicate with borrowers throughout the mortgage process, ensuring timely updates and resolution of any challenges

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience in mortgage sales and origination
• One year of experience in collecting and analyzing borrower income, with 3+ years preferred
• Thorough knowledge of mortgage products and programs
• NMLS License required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Open Close experience preferred
