Job Summary
Leading the development and implementation of long-term care programs, the full-time Indiana Licensed LTSS Director will manage care management processes, oversee staff assignments, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Directs the long-term care management process, setting goals and monitoring data metrics for quality and cost-effective healthcare outcomes
- Leads the development and compliance of long-term care management policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to state and national standards
- Coordinates departmental operations, including staffing, training, and performance evaluation, to enhance member and provider experiences
Required qualifications
- Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related experience, including management experience
- For positions overseeing behavioral health team members, a Master's degree or equivalent experience in nursing or behavioral health is required
- Current state's Registered Nurse (RN) license or relevant behavioral health certification based on state contract requirements
- Expert knowledge of industry regulations, policies, and standards related to long-term care management
- Strong experience in developing long-term service plans and working with healthcare providers and teams
