• Assist with the firm's foreclosure and litigation departments

• Monitor case progress and develop strategies for resolution while fostering client relations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• License to practice law in Indiana
• Detailed knowledge of creditors' rights legal representation and related experience
• 5+ years of experience in Creditors' Rights
• Bachelor's Degree required
• J.D. from an accredited law school
