Job Summary

To support customer inquiries regarding health plan options, the part-time Indiana Licensed Market Option Advisor will manage inbound and outbound calls, provide recommendations for Marketplace ACA plans and private insurance products, and assist with electronic signatures, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and discuss individual health plan options with customers
• Quote health plans and provide recommendations based on customer needs
• Update CRM records and adhere to compliance requirements and regulations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Health and Life license in the resident state, or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
• Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment
• Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Ability to obtain and maintain FFM Certification and State-Based Exchange Certifications annually
