Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Medicaid/HIP Eligibility Specialist to support a healthcare enrollment team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review accounts for Medicaid/HIP eligibility
• Screen patients by phone and assist in gathering necessary documents
• Submit and follow up on applications until approval

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must become a licensed Indiana Navigator within 90 days of hire
• 2+ years of clerical or administrative experience
• Experience with Medicaid, HIP, or hospital billing is a plus
• Must reside in Indiana
