Indiana Licensed Medicare Sales Agent

Job Summary

To support the Annual Enrollment Period, a temporary Indiana Licensed Medicare Sales Agent will manage outbound calls to assist Medicare-eligible individuals in understanding their health plan options and completing enrollment applications, all while working remotely and maintaining flexible schedules during peak hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and current members to explain Medicare Advantage products and assist with enrollment
• Accurately assess client needs and guide them in selecting suitable health plan options
• Meet sales goals while adhering to company and Medicare regulations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience selling Medicare and/or other insurance products
• Active Health and Life Insurance license required
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
