Job Summary

To support a growing network of midlife providers, the part-time Indiana Licensed Menopause Provider will conduct synchronous video visits, assess symptoms, develop treatment plans, and manage medications for patients navigating perimenopause and menopause as an independent contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating perimenopause and menopause
• Assess symptoms and develop or adjust treatment plans, including prescribing medications when appropriate
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation while adhering to clinical and compliance standards

Required qualifications

• Active APP license (CNM, WHNP, or NP) in Indiana
• Minimum of 3 years of menopause care experience, including hormone therapy management
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently
