Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Indiana Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work remotely, managing client care and treatment planning while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient mental health services through telehealth platforms
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient safety in a remote setting

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in a relevant field and active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in Indiana
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
• Comfort with utilizing technology, including telehealth software and communication tools
