Job Summary

Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Indiana Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate will work remotely, offering support to clients while managing treatment plans and utilizing technology for effective communication.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient mental health services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient confidentiality in a remote work environment

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in a relevant field and appropriate licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
• Ability to work from a private home office that meets HIPAA safety requirements
