Indiana Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Indiana Licensed Mental Health Counselor will manage client care, treatment planning, and utilize technology in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient mental health services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient confidentiality in a remote setting

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in a relevant field and appropriate licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Ability to effectively use telehealth software and communication tools
