Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Indiana Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide outpatient telehealth services, manage patient care, and develop treatment plans while working remotely with flexible scheduling options.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient mental health services through telehealth, focusing on patient-centered care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals while utilizing technology effectively

Required qualifications:

• Master's level degree in a relevant field and valid licensure as a mental health counselor in Indiana
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
• Ability to maintain a private workspace compliant with HIPAA standards
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred, with other languages a plus
