Job Summary

Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Indiana Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work remotely, focusing on delivering compassionate mental health care while managing a flexible Monday to Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
• Utilize telehealth technology to provide therapy sessions and maintain client communication
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals and monitor progress

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree and valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in Indiana
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
• Ability to maintain a private and HIPAA-compliant work environment at home
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
