Job Summary

Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Indiana Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work remotely, focusing on delivering compassionate mental health care to a diverse patient population with flexible scheduling options.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
• Utilize telehealth technology to provide therapy sessions and maintain communication with clients
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals while adhering to HIPAA regulations

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in a relevant field and current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in Indiana
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
• Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
• Ability to work from a private home office that complies with patient safety and HIPAA requirements
