Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Indiana Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, this remote position will provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, focusing on treatment planning and client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health services through telehealth, managing a diverse client portfolio
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Utilize technology effectively for telehealth sessions and internal communications

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in a relevant field and appropriate licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses
• Experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and working collaboratively with clients
