Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist - Part-time (W-2) - Telehealth (Indiana).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions while maintaining a diverse clinical caseload
• Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients to enhance learning and monitor outcomes
• Participate in regular meetings and receive ongoing clinical consultation and support for complex cases

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license without current, past, or pending disciplinary action
• Experience providing evidence-based treatments and clinical best practices
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises
• Experience providing video therapy and maintaining a part-time clinical caseload
