Indiana Licensed Neuroscience Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance patient care and provider experiences, the full-time Indiana Licensed Neuroscience Specialist will engage healthcare providers using in-person, virtual, and digital tools, while leveraging territory analytics and strategic planning to drive impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and address emerging trends and competitive threats within the neuroscience territory
• Educate office staff on payer guidelines and reimbursement procedures to increase pull-through and identify beneficial payer opportunities
• Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with neuroscience accounts, improving care and outcomes for healthcare providers

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience
• Must reside within a commutable distance of 50 miles from the primary city in the sales territory
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices and understanding of regulatory standards
• Proficiency in territory analytics and strategic planning
• Experience in leveraging business data and KOL mapping to drive sales results
