Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner with an IN License.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote telehealth care to women experiencing menopause symptoms
• Conduct synchronous visits based on patient demand and practice needs
• Participate in weekly continuing clinical education and training

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license; multiple state licenses preferred
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum of three years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum of three years' experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or GYN within the last five years
