Indiana Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

As a contract Indiana Licensed Nurse Practitioner, the remote position will focus on providing comprehensive mental health medication management through live video appointments, conducting psychiatric evaluations, and creating patient-centered treatment plans for children, teens, and young adults.

Key responsibilities:

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via intake and follow-up appointments
• Conduct mental health risk assessments and psychiatric medication evaluations
• Construct treatment plans, document recommendations, and manage psychiatric medications

Required qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program or an accredited PA program with certification in psychiatry
• Unrestricted state license in Indiana
• A minimum of 2 years in practice
• Active DEA license preferred
• Experience or certification in treating minors preferred
