Indiana Licensed Order Entry Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Entry Pharmacist to work remotely for a client based in Indiana.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and make recommendations for the appropriate use of pharmaceuticals in patient care
• Approve, process, and validate medication orders while ensuring patient safety and effective drug therapy
• Document clinical interventions and communicate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of medication therapy

Required Qualifications

• Indiana Pharmacist License required
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college of pharmacy; Pharm D preferred
• One year of hospital experience preferred
• Experience with MEDITECH and Vigilance preferred
• Demonstrated adaptability and ability to build strategic work relationships
