Indiana Licensed Outpatient Triage RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse Outpatient Triage in Cardiology with a hybrid schedule available.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate evidence-based patient care along the care continuum
• Participate in decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Perform duties associated with symptom management, direct patient care, and telehealth activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA required
• Awareness of legal implications of patient care activities as a Registered Nurse
