Indiana Licensed Outside Counsel Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney, Outside Counsel Strategic Partnerships & Third-Party Risk Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects related to outside counsel governance, risk oversight, and operational efficiency
• Oversee the onboarding process for new third parties and ensure compliance with requirements
• Evaluate law firm assignments based on performance metrics and compliance with engagement expectations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree
• 5 or more years of experience in litigation or insurance litigation
• Experience managing Outside Counsel panels or legal vendor programs
• Background in third-party risk management and compliance oversight
• Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics and drive data-informed decisions
