Indiana Licensed Pediatric RN

Job Summary

Seeking an Indiana Licensed Pediatric RN, the full-time day shift position will manage patient care in a hybrid environment, requiring one day in the office per week and the remainder remote, while building meaningful relationships with children and families in a collaborative clinic setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, family-centered care to pediatric patients
• Coordinate multiple patient care functions effectively and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
• Associate of Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of one year of RN experience; two years in an ambulatory setting preferred
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA; advanced life support certifications may be required
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program
