Job Summary

To provide strategic and functional leadership in Plant Engineering, the full-time salaried Indiana Licensed Plant Engineering Manager will ensure reliability, standardization, and continuous improvement across plant equipment and utilities while driving maintenance excellence and sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Planning and executing preventive and breakdown maintenance through SAP EAM while developing and optimizing maintenance strategies
  • Acting as the technical authority for equipment and utility systems, standardizing engineering practices, and mentoring teams
  • Leading energy optimization initiatives and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (full-time) with 12-15 years of experience in Plant Engineering/Maintenance
  • Exposure to SAP EAM, TPM, and utility systems
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies and reliability engineering
  • Experience in project management and commissioning
  • Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance
