Job Summary

Offering a fully remote opportunity, the Indiana Licensed PRN Therapist will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality therapeutic services to older adult patients, focusing on care, community education, and compliance documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a small team to deliver group, individual, and family therapy sessions in a geriatric intensive outpatient setting
• Engage in community education initiatives regarding the importance of behavioral health for older adults
• Facilitate treatment team meetings and maintain compliant documentation of patient-centered treatment plans

Required qualifications

• License in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state (e.g., LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
