Job Summary
Leading a high-performing department, the full-time Manager of Provider Compensation and Contracting will oversee provider compensation assessments, manage contract issues, and partner with executive leadership to implement strategic initiatives, while working in a hybrid remote environment for a health system in Indiana.
Key responsibilities
- Manage provider compensation assessments, analysis, and implementation of compensation models
- Oversee the Provider Compensation Administration, Provider Analytics, and Provider Monitoring teams
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations related to provider compensation and contracting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a quantitative field
- Minimum of seven years' experience in accounting, finance, or operational analysis
- Membership with the American Association of Provider Compensation Professionals
- Expertise in designing and implementing provider compensation models
- Strong communication skills to educate leaders and providers on compensation matters
