Indiana Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time or full-time Indiana Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will lead member care by conducting evaluations and providing evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
• Deliver care for both substance use and mental health conditions
• Collaborate with the care team and attend scheduled meetings

Required Qualifications

• Active and verifiable PMHNP license in Indiana
• At least 2 years of experience in addiction or mental health treatment
• Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
• Comfort using technology, including EHRs and mobile apps
