Indiana Licensed Psychiatrist

Job Summary

Contracting as an Indiana Licensed Psychiatrist, the remote position will provide evidence-based treatment through 60-minute video intake and follow-up appointments, conducting psychiatric evaluations and managing medication for a diverse patient population.

Key responsibilities:

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via intake and follow-up appointments
• Conduct mental health risk assessments and psychiatric medication evaluations
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans and manage psychiatric medications

Required qualifications:

• Board certified MD or DO in psychiatry
• Unrestricted state license in Indiana; other states a plus
• Active DEA license preferred
• Office space available for seeing clients
• Full-time resident of the United States
