Job Summary

A company is looking for a RCS-Quality Expert CC.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews of provider or coder work to ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulations
• Educate physicians, APPs, and coders on review results and coding practices
• Assist with coding inquiries and research as needed

Required Qualifications

• Current coding or health information credential through AHIMA or AAPC
• 3-5 years of coding and/or quality review experience, preferably in multispecialty coding
• Knowledge of revenue cycle requirements and regulations
• Associate or Bachelor Degree in Health Information Management, Coding, Nursing, or Finance preferred
• Experience in revenue cycle operations related to coding, billing, and auditing
