Job Summary
As a full-time Quality & Compliance RN - Hybrid, the Indiana Licensed Quality RN will provide care to employees and their dependents at Cummins Engine in Columbus, IN, focusing on quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance with a schedule of onsite work Monday, Thursday, and Friday, and remote work Tuesday and Wednesday.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the policy and document system, including the creation and maintenance of forms
- Assist in developing monthly reports for departmental updates and quality assessments
- Oversee the Site Accreditation Audit schedule and compile results for reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field
- Three years of experience in a healthcare setting with a focus on quality management/programs
- Experience in data and trend analysis, report preparation, and policy/procedure development
- Working knowledge of process improvement concepts, including root cause analysis and failure mode effect analysis
- Experience in an onsite care model is preferred
