Indiana Licensed RCS Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for the timely and accurate resolution of accounts receivable, the full-time Indiana Licensed RCS Analyst will manage provider enrollment, claim submissions, and patient collections while adhering to departmental productivity standards, with remote eligibility for candidates residing in Indiana.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve accounts receivable issues for IU Health entities, including charge description master and fee schedule maintenance
• Manage claim submissions and follow up with third parties for timely payments
• Conduct denial appeals, cash posting, and patient collections while meeting departmental quality standards

Required qualifications

• Current Indiana RCS Analyst license
• Experience in revenue cycle management or accounts receivable processes
• Knowledge of healthcare billing and coding practices
• Ability to commute to designated IU Health facilities as needed
• Familiarity with audit defense and recovery processes
