Indiana Licensed RCS Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for the timely and accurate resolution of accounts receivable, the full-time Indiana Licensed RCS Analyst will manage provider enrollment, claim submissions, and denial appeals while working remotely within Indiana.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve accounts receivable issues for IU Health entities, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Maintain charge description master and fee schedules, and manage claim submissions and follow-ups
• Conduct denial appeals and recovery efforts, adhering to departmental productivity and quality standards

Required qualifications

• Medical billing experience and knowledge of medical coding
• Understanding of health insurance payer guidelines
• Experience with patient collections and accounts follow-up
• Ability to adhere to departmental productivity and quality standards
• Willingness to be onsite for training and equipment exchange as required
