Indiana Licensed RCS Analyst

Job Summary

Working full-time with remote eligibility for Indiana residents, the Indiana Licensed RCS Analyst will be responsible for the timely resolution of accounts receivable, including provider enrollment, claim submission, and patient collections.

Key responsibilities

• Manage provider enrollment and maintain charge description master and fee schedules
• Oversee claim submission, third-party follow-up, and cash posting processes
• Handle denial appeals and recovery, as well as audit defense and patient collections

Required qualifications

• Current Indiana RCS Analyst license
• Experience in revenue cycle management and accounts receivable processes
• Knowledge of claim submission and denial management
• Ability to adhere to departmental productivity and quality standards
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
