Indiana Licensed RCS Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure timely and accurate resolution of accounts receivable, the full-time Indiana Licensed RCS Analyst will manage provider enrollment, claim submissions, and denial appeals while adhering to departmental productivity and quality standards, with remote eligibility for Indiana residents.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve accounts receivable issues for IU Health entities, including cash posting and patient collections
• Maintain charge description master and fee schedules, and manage claim submissions and third-party follow-ups
• Conduct denial appeals and recovery efforts while supporting departmental operational goals

Required qualifications

• Current Indiana RCS Analyst license
• Experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare finance
• Knowledge of provider enrollment processes and claim submission protocols
• Familiarity with cash posting and patient collections practices
• Ability to adhere to productivity and quality standards in a healthcare environment
