Job Summary

To drive order and revenue growth in Indiana, the full-time Indiana Licensed Regional Sales Manager will promote the company's products and services, analyze customer needs, and provide technical sales support to end users and distribution partners.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities by promoting the full product portfolio to prospective customers in the assigned territory
  • Grow and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end-user customers through regular sales and service calls
  • Provide technical assistance and training regarding product selection, application, and maintenance, including conducting sales meetings and in-plant seminars
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of three to five years of outside sales experience in an industrial B2B environment
  • Experience in metalworking fluids, cutting tools, industrial manufacturing, or related industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred
  • Proven ability to develop new business and manage strategic customer relationships
  • Experience working with industrial distributors and calling on manufacturing facilities
