Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - Hospital at Home for a part-time weekend-only hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient-centered care and education
• Perform in-home visits for patients, primarily on Sundays
• Utilize critical thinking and clinical skills for various patient care needs, including infusions and chronic disease management

Required Qualifications

• Associates of Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor's of Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license required
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program required
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA required
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required based on unit/department specialty
