Job Summary

Seeking an Indiana Licensed Registered Nurse, the full-time position will provide triage support, manage clinical messages, and conduct nurse visits in a collaborative outpatient primary care clinic in Fishers, with a hybrid work schedule allowing for some remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Provide triage support and manage clinical and refill pool messages
• Conduct nurse visits and deliver patient education
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to enhance patient care

Required qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
• Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum one year of RN experience; two years in an ambulatory setting preferred
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA required
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program
