Indiana Licensed Remote Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Indiana Licensed Remote Therapist will provide outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload in a fully remote environment with minimal administrative burden.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups
• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and clinical autonomy
• Collaborate with an in-house referral network and receive operational support for scheduling and billing

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired
• Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care is preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
