Indiana Licensed RN Ambulatory Navigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Ambulatory Navigator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient care throughout the continuum
• Assist providers and team members in an outpatient clinic setting
• Provide ongoing patient education throughout their care journey

Qualifications:

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor's of Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license required
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program; 3-5 years of experience preferred
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA required
• Knowledge of personal computers and medical terminology required
